Looking for a quick, effective way to train your Abs?

Wake up your diaphragm, outer and inner obliques, transverse abs, rectus abdominis, and hip flexors (aka all of your ABS :)) in just a few minutes per day!

This Routine is great for:

  • Improving Posture

  • Gaining Strength

  • Practicing Coordination

  • Increasing Mobility

BONUS

  • Version with and without music (both videos have a timer that beeps when the next exercise starts)

No warmup/equipment/props needed!

  • Simply roll out your yoga mat or towel

  • Grab yourself a sip of water

  • And LET's DO DIS!

Note: You can do this routine as often as you like (as long as you‘re not feeling sore! if that‘s the case, give yourself a rest day - or two)

BONUS TIP: For max results you can alternate between this 8-minute Abs routine and.. no workout days (to still get lots of healthy movement in, you can dance, take a walk, stretch, etc..)
