BOOST 2025 - Back 2 Basics - FULL YEAR (Live & Recordings)

Give your Body, Mind and Dance a BOOST!

In this year’s Body/Mind BOOST classes I will be sharing extra gentle and effective tips and movement exercises inspired by Chinese internal martial arts (Wudang Qigong & Taiji) which can be easily translated to belly dance.

What's included in the 2025 online BOOST Program?

• Season 3: Strong & Effortless Shimmies! (summer/fall 2025)
• Season 4: Belly WORK, Flutters & Undulations  (fall/winter 2025)

What do I get when I sign up for BOOST in 2025?

• 'Forever yours' access to all BOOST 2025 recordings (Live class recordings are uploaded to Gumroad once per week)
• Temporary (one year from payment date) access to the BOOSTie FG Group
• Temporary (one year from payment date) access to the K-Membership Platform

When are the Live BOOST Classes in 2025? 

• 32 BOOST Weeks per year (8 Weeks per Season)
• 2 BOOST classes per Week (Mo: Body/Mind - Tue: Dance)
• Live Zoom/FB  Class time: 12:20-12:45/50 CET(Berlin Time)

How do I sign up?

• Tap the 'I want this!' button and fill out your email addy + payment details
• If you pay via Paypal you will need to click 'pay now' once more when you return to the Gumroad checkout window
• If all went well, you will see a Gumroad receipt pop-up to confirm your purchase immediately
• You'll also receive the receipt via email - it has a button to access your BOOST recordings (be sure to check your spam folder, too!)

What happens then?

• If your payment was successful, you can get started right away with the existing BOOST 2025 recordings/replays via Gumroad (your receipt will have a button)
• Next to that, I will email you the Zoom/FB Group details for the live classes and a link to access the K-Membership platform (*) in the coming days
• (*) As a 2025 BOOSTie you'll have one year bonus access (from the date of payment) to all the courses/DVDs currently available on the K-Membership platform
