What is BOOST?

BOOST is a 36-Week Online Program for Belly Dancers of ALL levels.

It combines short, gentle, super effective Strength, Relaxation and Dance sessions.

It's self care, dance practice, inspiration, movement medicine and a gentle, effective strength and mobility workout, all rolled into one.

You can join BOOST classes Live via Zoom/FB spread across the year, recordings are included (yours forever!)

How can I join?

• You can join the BOOST sessions via Zoom/FB Live on Monday, Tuesday and Friday from 12:30-13:00 CET (Berlin Time)
• Catch up with the recordings anytime (uploaded every Friday, replays available in our FB Group immediately)
• Support and FB community access is included until end of 2023
