Self-Care Tips (from today's FB Live session)

Ask yourself good questions (ideally, journal/write down the answers.. or try out these amazing sami-pathfinder cards.. anything to help you develop your intuition)
Give yourself time in nature (a balcony/window also counts 🙂)
Read books (if you can scroll, you can read! lol. But seriously. Make it as easy and doable as possible.. Leave a tab open with your kindle reader.. stash books in your bath/bed/living room.. every line read counts)
Move yourself (gently.. freely.. often.. little bits count.. try it in an as varied as possible way)
When in doubt.. .. Dance (or shake) it out!
Tune in to your body (this can be as simple as taking one slow, deep, nourishing breath, or just putting your hand on your heart/belly for a moment)
Develop (and use!) your discernment - be selective of the company you keep, the input you consume (food as well as information/environment) and.. dare to say ‘no’. It really makes a difference.
Find out what makes YOUR heart happy, and allow yourself to pursue it.
Ignore nay-sayers, imitators, competitors (sometimes these can all overlap lol) and especially those who would like to keep you 'small'. Don't dim your light for anyone - including yourself(!)
Go with what gives YOU good energy, be true to yourself, and to truth, and the right people will resonate with that. You just do you, boo.
Be open to changes and unexpected detours. Experience it all. This is life's adventure. Changes will always be there. Learn from them. Adapt.
Become resilient on a soul level, and invest in healing yourself. Keep your joy, honor your heart, your truth, no matter what.
In short.. Only YOU know best what/who feels healthiest for you do to/be in this moment, and all of this can change over time. Let it.
