To bring/gather (Tuesday):

A yoga mat or towel
A set of yoga blocks (or some rolled/up towels for padding)
A stretchy strap (or a long towel/pair of leggings/belt)
Something (a sofa arm rest, a chair, a little table, a wall) to put a leg on
A bit of wall space (for balance, and to put your feet up)
YOU :)

on it's own for extra mobility/flexibility/relaxation
as a warm up before class
as a kind of gentle cool down after your work out/dance session
