Our 'BOOST muse' of this week was the gorgeous Nika Mlakar of Slovenia, a super sweet dancer (and geeky teacher!) with lots of great movement tips. I still use her abs exercises till this day.

She has a joyful, feminine and expressive performance style and does a lot of charity work for animals. Love her!
