How's that for procrastination? :') I love putting things off. I love it a bit too much.

That being said..

Things I am procrastinating on right now:

journaling (I still want to do that 2021 year review)
taxes (though it feels great.. ONCE I finally do it)
clearing out my wardrobe.. and costumes (so liberating.. yet so hard to start)
folding laundry (it clears my mind to do it.. but I need a clear mind to get started. lol)
reading (oh, how my stash of books looks at me every time I check my Insta/FB)
this newsletter (haha, very meta)

I know that once I DO do the things I have been putting off.. I feel SO. MUCH. BETTER

As you may know. This week was the Week TWO of my online BOOST Program (Loved it so much!)

Here is what we did at BOOST this week:

I shared my favourite away-from-the-audience intro video (aka my 'Red Fanveils' performance)
On Monday (Strength) we strengthened our BOO(S)TIES(haha) and on Tuesday (Relax) we opened up our Hip Mobility for BOOST Intros
On Friday (Dance) we worked on CONNECTION (even when you're facing away and/or improvising) and TURNING AROUND smoothly 180 degrees.
THIS (how to connect with your audience) is what we've been focusing on throughout the Week
Also on Friday we did a Bonus FB Live session for back-to-the-audience ideas with props: Wings, Fan Veils and a Veil (I might share this as a Bonus in our K Online FB Group today!)

I LOVED this week so much. I've so enjoyed every minute of this Season's BOOST so far.

So.. WHY was I wearing RED LIPSTICK this Friday?

I am joining my brilliant friend Delanna's self-care oriented Red Lipstick Challenge on Instagram. Check out this week's IG Live update to hear all about it!

And WHY do I enjoy (kind of) ROPE SKIPPING so much?

Because.. it WORKS. I've found it the quickest, most effective (literally a few minutes per WEEK already make a difference!) way to give me more jumping power (for ballet, taekwondo, korean sword art) speed, stamina, moveability (quick feet!) and leg/ankle strength.

The Tiny Chef Show - Thank you forever dear Cecilia of Sweden for this tip! It's 100% pure feel good enjoyment (plus some great tiny dance moves!)
