Over here (@ casa Bech) things have been unusually quiet the past days. Mr E was not feeling too well at the start of the week, he had a sore throat and quite a fever, and tested positive for Covid on Tuesday (uh oh) He's doing a bit better since today (thankfully!) but he still needs a lot of rest (and tea!)

I am feeling ok-ish (a bit of fever too, but not too bad) so I am self-quarantining as well (just in case!) and taking care of Mr. E (and BOOST) has been my main jobs this week :) Which means no ballet, no walkies, and no martial arts training... See below for what I DID do!

PS: Speaking of Martial Arts I will update you in detail on our Taekwondo competition in the next KNewsie. It was super fun, we had a LONG day with lots of impressions (and lots of action!) In the end our Team got the school award (woohoo!) so Master Chae was very pleased I reckon :) Most of the piccies of the day still need posting though. That will be for next week.

So what DID I do this week?

I.. finally started my tax return (yay! it takes a LOT for me to do this haha)
I wrote a new blog post (on fresh input - and how it can help you for dance.. and life)
I posted our first #kdancechallenge reels (here's DAY 1 and DAY 2)
We had some really nice BOOST Sessions (thank you so much dear BOOSTies!)
I've been stretching deeply again with Stacey Nemour's online courses and her stretching straps (use 'D4C' on checkout for a 10% discount if you want to try it!)
I found a new app (called 'Dizzi' it makes cool superhero-cartoon-like effects)

Today we also did two (free!) live sessions:

And then I wrote this K-newsletter :) (tadaa!)
