BOOST Tip of the Week: How to immediately improve your arms and hands (in 2 steps)

Framing - Use your hands & arms to frame your movements and to highlight different parts of your body while dancing. It will give you more direction, and your attention will follow the same pathway as your movements automagically
Feelings - Experiment with a simple arm pathway (for instance a big ol' arm circle) and see what happens when you apply different moods and feelings to it (e.g. happy, melancholic, playful, shy, romantic, dramatic, powerful.. or ANGRY! GRRR!)

Try it out! Chances are, you'll feel more relaxed and connected. And.. it may suddenly even become almost FUN to dance with your hands and arms. (we tried this today at BOOST! like magic :))

Bonus Tips for fluid Arms:

Take allll the time you need to transition from one place to the next and you will more easily be able to 'fill the music' without doing 'too much'.
Imagine your arms start at the very center of your body (aka from the heart) Practice with this image as often as you can. Your arm movements will become more fluid over time.
