What will we do?

For 2024's BOOST live classes I will take you on a journey to learn about the MOVEMENTS of the Dancers who have inspired me throughout history.

What are the themes for Live BOOST 2024?

We will start with my Favorites of the 40ies and 50ies (Golden Era Dancers, like Samia Gamal) then the Stars of 60-70ies (Fifi Abdo and Soheir Zaki!!) then the Modern Legends of the 80ies-00ies (surprise!!) and even include my Current Heroes (even more surprise!), aka the dancers/teachers that inspire me right now (yeah!)

And.. as those of you who know me, know.. for the 'current heroes' classes (and the Tuesday movement health!) I will also be sneaking in some Shaolin Qi Gong as well as Tai Chi movements.

For health, and for smooth, soothing, embodied movement <3

How will it work?

As is tradition in BOOST, the live classes are twofold:

A combination of short, effective feel-good workouts (Strength and Flexibility/Mobility/Relaxation work will be combined next year!) on Tuesdays
On Fridays we will apply the benefits of these Tuesday sessions to Dance (time traveling style!)

When are the Live BOOST sessions held?

Classes in 2024 will be held:

Two times a week (Tue + Fri)
During daytime (12:30-13:00 CET/Berlin Time)
Spread across the full year (Jan 2024 -Dec 2024)
For 32 weeks (with catch-up breaks in between)

What if I cannot join BOOST live?

You can access all the BOOST 2023 and BOOST 2024 class replays:

You will have access to all Classes and DVDs on the K's Online School Platform (including future ones!) for as long as you are a BOOSTie Member!

As for payments (UPDATED!)

Payments for the Membership will be on a yearly basis, with 3 payment options (automagic via the online platform, by bank transfer or via paypal)

You'll be able to choose you payment method in January 2024.
