Soo.. how can you improve/practice your visualizing skills?

Start small: give yourself a ONE minute visualization assignment per day. Do it for a week.
Make it practical: visualize a dance/skill you are actually working on right now
Make it detailed: now focus on ONE aspect, ONE move, and zoom in on it
Maximize the effect: do your best to make the image as clear and vivid as possible
Give it time: note down what you learn/struggle with, take a breath.. sleep on it :)
Repeat: like everything, things get easier with practice.
